A basic Boddle account allows your child to receive all of the learning content within Boddle and access many in-game features. With the Boddle Premium Membership, your child gets access to even more in-game rewards and items to keep them even more engaged and motivated to practice and learn.

How do I update my Boddle Premium subscription?
You can update your Boddle Premium subscription at any time. If you ever cancel, your membership will still be valid until the end of the current billing cycle. Plus, all the premium items your learner has collected will be safe and sound! The process for changing your subscription will vary depending on the platform you originally used to sign up. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Select the platform where you made your purchase below, and we’ll give you all the steps you need to update your subscription.

To cancel:
- Sign in to the parent portal
- Tap on “Boddle Premium”
- Select the gear icon next to the premium account you’d like to update
- Select Cancel subscription
- Follow the instructions to end an active subscription

You will not qualify for a refund if you purchased a monthly term subscription. You qualify for a refund during the first 14 days of an annual term subscription. A refund will not be granted after 14 days of an annual term.
A refund will only be granted by first requesting a refund by email to contact@boddlelearning.com prior to canceling your membership subscription, and the refund amount will be issued to the method of payment used to purchase the membership - no credits will be issued.

How does Boddle adjust the difficulty of questions to match my child's needs?
Boddle automatically gives new users a placement test when they start playing the game, and gets them to the right level after a series of assessment items that look like regular gameplay. You can learn more about the Placement Test here.
After the placement test, Boddle's adaptive algorithm continues to track your child's learning progress. Boddle will automatically adjust up or down the learning content based on your child's specific needs.
What does Boddle do to protect privacy and safety of children using Boddle?
When playing Boddle, no personal information or inappropriate language can be seen or shared by any user. There is no player to player chat communication feature within Boddle.
