We Are Boddle!

We are Boddle!

Hi, we’re Team Boddle and we’re creating an educational game that helps teachers deliver practice and assessments to their K-8 students in a way that brings out their natural love for learning and allows each student to excel at their own pace.

We believe that the recipe for student success is solid character and the spirit of lifelong learning; and teachers are the key to making that happen in the classroom.

Today’s Reality

In today’s classroom, teachers are required to wear more and more hats (educator, counselor, planner, behavioral therapist, data collector etc.), and it is becoming harder for them to fulfill all these roles. We are seeing more and more teachers overwhelmed with paperwork, spending hours trying to engage students in class, as well as struggling to quickly identify and differentiate students’ academic level and learning abilities.

How We Help

From experience, we’ve learned that educational technology products are most effective when it can keep students engaged while providing tools that are easy and helpful to teachers as well. That’s why we’ve created a game-based learning platform that engages students while empowering teachers at the same time!

We’re a team of game designers and developers who have spent years working together with educators to build fun & interactive learning environments, and we’re passionate about coming alongside teachers and championing their efforts by helping them free up more valuable time so they can save the day.

Boddle is made up of a) a fun game environment for students to interact with practice and assessment materials, and b) a management platform for teachers that helps them assign learning materials through the game, monitor progress, and generate real-time reports. Boddle also help teachers assess each students academic level and provides an easy way to tailor instruction to meet individual student needs.

Overall, Boddle is extremely fun for students and helps teachers identify the kids that need the extra support without needing to do excessive paperwork.

What does Boddle mean?

Boddle (bottle) represents our mission to develop character and the spirit of lifelong learning spirit within our youth. Just like how you’d fill a bottle with stuff, and value a bottle by the contents on the inside, we tell students, through gameplay, to fill their heads up on learning. It also shows students not to judge others by what they look like on the outside, but value people by who they are on the inside.

In our app, we feature unique bottleheaded avatars for students.

What happens when you’ve filled up to the brim?

You pour into others to help them grow as well !
